I use techniques such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve mentally clarity and emotionally calmness the more we become aware of our breath, the more we are able to calm the mind creating more of a stable state of being. Meditation is moving into stillness in order to experience the truth of who you are once relaxed, the sitting mindfulness meditation becomes much easier and you will see results. The basic component of meditation is observation and control of your mind, When focus on one point, outside thoughts melt away. This allows your awareness to travel deeply inward, perceiving your higher or innermost self. This class is forgiving an ideal for those who are new to the practice, recovering from injuries and/or living with special physical conditions or just for those who desire a tender class. Prana is our breath and the vital life force in our bodies. Prana Meditation is the relationship to our breath it teaches us to control the movement of our minds. These practices will deepen your connection to Spirit and manifest abundant, happiness and peace in your life. Think of Prana Meditation as food for the brain that nourishment helps us live a healthier more vibrant life. This class will enhance every aspect of your life benefit your yoga practice because the more awareness of our breath we expand the quality and experience of our practice.
